Anyone know if a Almera diesel will run on veg oil it's a 2000 2ltr engine ... Been searching net Camt find any info :

Only way to find out is to try it with a small amount of veg. Next time you fill up put a couple of litres of veg in a full tank. If it runs ok, increase the amount by a couple of litres a time.

also check to see if it has a Bosch pump they are normally ok with oil

I'll check pump I'll be servicing it for him soon
then he can try a bit at a time .... Would it be better to half fill it then add a ltr veg to see ... Then if no good fill with diesel or won't it make much diff

try it 20ltrs to one and advance from there if it works
