Gear selection
« on: April 13, 2012, 08:43:28 AM »

Just wondered on a couple of occasions after starting ... Iam not able to select a drive gear the selector just stuck and won't move 1st time I just started her a few times 2nd time this didn't help .. I found pumping brake pedal a few times worked ..... Is this normal  Huh?It's only happened twice ... All the oils are topped up ...
I going back underneath her this weekend hopefully sorting banging on start up ... So just picking brains ..it's not really a issue at moment as its only happened twice ...but I don't won't it to get worse  Grin

Yeah you have to brake(foot) to move the selector out of park, with ignition on,I've never had to pump it tho?
maybe a sticky switch on that circuit?
