Used to be one like that in Plymouth with *** MPV as the reg..

Is that towbar legal......

Spotted this one a few years ago at Silverstone....

Not sure although it would pass the MOT at my usual place because he gauges it on whether it blocks the letters or not (can't think of anybody with a bumper protector fitted that would pass at his place)
