Immobiliser?

Any body have a clue how to get around an immobiliser if your key fobs broke?
My brother's car is disabled with the windows down and is stuck.
There isn't a hardwire fob on the dash, and if anything, getting the windows up and locking it would suffice.

what type of car factory fitted or after market

He's gone to get the fob ( which he torched with a soldering iron  :), so don't know if factory fit or not.
I'm contemplating removing door cards and wiring the motor on the windows to shut and using the key to lock the doors.
Tommorow, get another fob.

think it must be factory fitted because most after market just stop the car from starting as apposed to effecting the whole electrics

Fixed.
When i got hold of the fob I found a hardwire set of connectors on the underside.After lifting the bonnet and tracing the alarm horn wires back to the controller box, i noticed two sets of wires going into the bulkhead. I opened up the glovebox and hey presto there was the female override socket.
Car rescued!

There is such a thing as a female override socket? Wow, had I known that, she'd not have been able to nag me for all these years.
